Short term accomodation solutions
Lock Logic offers a range of solutions for short term accomodation properties.
- We can simply rekey a room or section of the property onto a seperate key and provide a coded key box for guest access.
- Master
key the property so that the owner can carry one key to access all
areas, whereas the guest(s) can only access their given rooms or areas,
again providing a coded key box for guest access. This solution works
well when you have several areas you would like to give different
levels of access to guests, often depending if you lock bedrooms off
seperatly.
- Stand
alone electronic digital locks can offer hosts and guests an easy
solution when guests may turn up to a late check in, or can't pick up a
key. The benifit of this system is you can have multiple guest user
codes, a cleaners' code and an owners code, which are all programmable
by the owners' code. Multiple locks can be coded the same.
- Stand
alone mechanical digital locks can be used when only one access code is
required, and the risk of re-entry by guests is low, as the code can be
more complex to change.
- Networked,
wifi and 3G enabled devices allow remote access, remote programming and
remote monitoring of the locks' status. Some devices such as the
ICT Protege WX can be accessed via a mobile phone. The option to "add
on" automation within the building is enhanced with these systems when
nused in conjunction with compatible hardware.
Our service area reaches from the M7 Motorway at Blacktown,
Through to Penrith, Glenbrook, Springwood, up the mountains to Katoomba
